How long will my oysters stay fresh?
We recommend refrigerating your oysters as soon as they arrive and they can be consumed within 3 days. Otherwise if you wish to store them longer you will need to freeze them correctly. Once you pull them out to defrost in the sink they will slightly open which sometimes makes it easier to shuck.
How do I open the oysters?
Your oysters will arrive unshucked/unopened so you will need to open/shuck them yourself. There a lots of tutorials online and we also have one available on our instagram page under highlights. If you do not have an oyster knife we sell these in our shop. If they are out of stock please email us and we can let you know the next restock date.
Please collect from McEvoys Transport at 6 Railway Terrace, Dry Creek. Deliveries are available Tuesday through to Thursdays.
